Uneven
Rebranding
Social Media Agency
We guided the social media agency from Vienna and Graz through its rebranding process, from positioning to web design.
From LevelUp to uneven
When the social media agency was founded, it was called “LevelUp.” However, over time, it had outgrown the boundaries originally set. The agency had become more established while simultaneously being younger and more dynamic in terms of its team than its previous brand identity suggested.
The name LevelUp lacked distinctiveness, and the unique strength of the team around Yasmin Kropp and Milena Bonstingl had not yet been fully communicated: bridging the gap and translating between corporate decision-makers and their often significantly younger audience (such as Gen Z).
Positioning
Through a series of workshops, we guided the two founders in defining their positioning:
Being a specialist in bridging the gap between decision-makers in established companies and the often half-as-young audience they aim to reach – whether for marketing or employer branding purposes.
The name “uneven” was developed internally within the social media agency and boldly addresses the challenge of communication, especially with Gen Z, in a distinctive and confident way: highlighting the inherent imbalance between sender and receiver.
Dynamic logo
It quickly became clear that uneven needed a dynamic design full of movement and impact. The agency operates in a world where demands, frameworks, and technology are constantly evolving and shifting.
The dynamic logo reflects exactly that: things change, elements keep moving forward, and differences will always exist. What remains constant is the level playing field it creates for all players: the “even” in uneven.
Das Corporate Design
The playfulness and love for variety are also reflected in the corporate design: gradients, patterns, and unique typography create endless variations, ensuring that neither boredom nor rigid uniformity ever takes hold.
A touch of creative anarchy makes it clear – especially to a Gen Z audience – that uneven doesn’t easily conform to conventions.

Das Webdesign
The website of uneven places the two target audiences conceptually at the center:
Users can choose whether they want to be addressed formally (per-Sie) or informally (per-du), leading them to either:
- a corporate-style version of the website, suitable for boardroom settings
- or a fast-paced Gen Z style version – always in motion and packed with visual stimuli
